Rebecca Wagner - Director & Coach
Our Junior Jaguars Cheer Director is Rebecca Wagner. Rebecca is a dedicated coach, wife, and mother! She joined us as an enthusiastic team mom, coaching on an as needed basis during our first season. Moving into the role of coach in 2018, and then stepping into the Director role during the 2022 season. Rebecca has been a valuable part of our team from the start and we can't wait to see what she brings to each and every season moving forward. Rebecca has dance and theater training, is a working professional and a Phi Theta Kappa graduate. She has an undeniably positive disposition and is always pushing herself and those around her to be stronger. During her downtime she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is very passionate about fitness, boating, and traveling.
She is focused on continuing to build the feeder program and the North Creek cheer community. ​

Alison Pumma - Head Competition Coach
Alison Pumma is our Head Competition Coach and will help support our competition season squad. Prior to this role Alison was our first Junior Jaguars Cheer Director. Alison is a wife and mother of two. Her son graduated from North Creek High School, and her daughter who currently attends, is a North Creek High School Cheerleader. Alison was on the Lake Washington Dance/Drill team for three years in high school and was captain of 39 girls her senior year. She also coached the Ellensburg High School Dance team and was a Cheer Camp counselor while she attended Central Washington University. Alison also coaches for the NCHS cheer program and in her dual role as high school coach and junior cheer director over the last several years, she has built a strong feeder program and North Creek cheer community.
