CARING FOR YOUR GEAR:
Typically, it takes a day to dry after being clean, so please plan accordingly. Equipment must be clean and completely dry for winter storage. NOTE: Once you clean gear on Saturday, do not leave it in the garage or car - it will not get dry in this damp weather. Spread out an old towel, lay out the pads, shoulder pads, helmet., etc., and let it all air dry inside.

-
Shoulder pads: Wipe with soapy sponge. Towel dry excess water. Lightly spray with Febreze (NOT Lysol). Air dry overnight.
-
Helmet: Wash with soapy sponge inside and out to remove dirt. Remove the cheek pads and chin strap and softly scrub. Remove the mouth guard and throw it away (do not turn it in). Make sure to clean the points where the face mask meets the helmet - grass and mud can get lodged in the crevices. PLEASE LEAVE the Jaguar logo on. Towel dry everything. Air dry overnight.
-
Practice Jersey: Machine wash. Hang up to air dry overnight.
-
Pants/belt: Machine wash. Hang up to air dry overnight.
